Affordable Senior Housing, Lamont AB.
Opened in December 2017 this 55 Suite Facility is tastefully decorated, open with lots of window/light.

Each suite has an area of approximately 350 sq. ft., wheelchair accessible bathroom, large corridors, recreation activity area with an in-house hair-salon.

Four couples suites are available.

The dining area is large with comfortable seating. Meals are tastefully prepared in-house. We offer three meals per day, two coffee breaks and fresh baking.

Home-care provides personal care and other medical supports as required.
The facility offers a modern convenient living.
Resident Personal Landry facilities are also available

Rental Information
Applicants must be 55 years of age or older, underage applicants maybe considered at Management discretion.

All applicants must complete an application form with the medical portion completed by their Doctor. Verification of income by way of Notice of Assessment or current Income Tax form.

Single Suite accommodation charge is $1,575.00 per month.

Couple Suite accommodation charge is $2,205.00 per month.

Resident’s whose sole income is CPP and Old Age Security must be left with $342.00 of disposable income per month.

Proof of income utilizing information from the most recent CRA (Canada Revenue Agency) Notice of Assessment is required.

All Utilities are included in the menu of services except for telephone, cable and internet for Residents.
