The Units vary in size, the smallest being approximately 192 sq. ft.
A central bath is available.

Resident Laundry Services washer & dryer are available on-site.

Parking available.

The facility is located within the main business section of the Town.

Rental Information

Applicants must be 55 years of age or older, underage applicants maybe considered at Management discretion.

All applicants must complete an application form with the medical portion completed by their Doctor. Verification of income by way of Notice of Assessment or current Income Tax form.

Current maximum rental accommodation is $1575.00.

Resident’s whose sole income is CPP and Old Age Security must be left with $342.00 of disposable income per month.

Proof of income utilizing information from the most recent CRA (Canada Revenue Agency) Notice of Assessment is required.

All Utilities are included in the menu of services except for telephone, cable and internet for Residents.
